Welcome to Lake Michigan Hills Golf Club. We are conveniently located off exit 1 of I-196 in beautiful Southwest Michigan. Lake Michigan Hills is the perfect location whether you are in St. Joseph, Benton Harbor, Coloma, Watervliet, or South Haven. From the moment you enter you will notice the warm decor of oak wood trim and neutral accents to enhance the colors chosen for your reception.

The room rental fee of $1000.00 will secure the Saturday that you have chosen. Fridays and Sundays are $500.00. All other days the room rental fee is $200.00. Ceremonies can also be performed on site for $100.00.

The room rental is non-refundable. The room rental fee includes:

• The use of the banquet room, tables and chairs for up to 234 guests
• White linen tablecloths and napkins
• China, flatware, glassware and cake plates
• Skirting appropriate tables
• Water with lemon for each table
• Podium for the guest book
• White cocktail napkins
• Coffee Station

All catering and beverages are to be furnished by Lake Michigan Hills. Cake, pastries and individual party favors may be provided from an outside source.

The maximum capacity is 234 guests in the banquet room, there is available seating in the lounge.  The reception will be set on the number of guests you have. To determine the number of tables, take the total number of guests, subtract the head table and divide the remaining number by 8 (8 guests are seated at each table). This will determine the number of tables for your reception.

Six weeks before your date an appointment needs to be scheduled to finalize the menu and the evening arrangements. Ten days before your date the final count is due. You will be charged for this amount.

The hall rental is for up to 7 hours with the rental concluding by 12:00 A.M. The doors will open exactly on the arrival time.You may coordinate a time to decorate on the morning of your event. At times you may be able to decorate the evening before. We recommend that your D.J. set up in the morning. We will provide a table for the D.J. if one is needed, we also have a strict policy that the D.J. may not drink alcoholic beverages while working.

Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your event. No exceptions. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is a $100.00 charge for NSF on any checks.

In the event of a cancellation, the room rental is non-refundable, but is transferrable to another date. *Prices are subject to change.
